The last couple of weeks have brought a real change in the woodland colours and it was a delight to see the trees putting on a fabulous show at Easton today. We started today’s session appreciating this marvelous display, by collecting the coloured leaves and creating a colour wheel. Lots of collaboration was involved and the children were very creative in their work.
For a number of weeks the children have been asking us if they could make bread, as they enjoyed doing it do much in Reception Class. Today was the big day and their were lots of smiling faces as a result.
We finished off with a lovely autumn story called, Ferdie and the falling leaves, read by Jane. Some of her actions were, well………. simply impressive!
