Rowan Berry Jelly

​We’ve made a good start here today; foraging for rowan berries and completing the first stage of our rowan berry jelly. Next week we hope to have the final product ready, when we’ll be having a tasting session.  It’s been a good lesson in what is and isn’t edible and the importance of cooking some wild foods. Picking the stalks of the berries was certainly an enjoyable group task!
