A day of two halves with the weather! This morning’s showers had us catching raindrops on our tongue, catching water as it dripped from our tarp and splashing in the puddles.
We also enjoyed hunting for mushrooms, as the warm and showery weather has brought hundreds out.
While sheltering from the rain we used clay to make hedgehogs and the fallen conkers we had collected, made perfect eyes.
The sun eventually came out, which led to the pealing off of waterproof layers and we were able to climb in the trees and use the rope swings.
