We certainly felt a change in the weather today, with many children discarding their puddle suits, in order to enjoy the sunshine.
The first job for the children was to search for a suitable stick, before working on their ribbon flags. There was also some industrious plastic bag kite making. After all the prep, it was time to run around the field like mad, trying to get the best out of our inventions.
There were a lot of the usual activities, with a new rope course thrown in for good measure. This proved very popular and was an opportunity to hone our climbing skills.
