An emotional session today as we finished with our Nursery group at Easton Primary School. We are delighted with our book of photos, pictures and children’s quotes that was presented to us (and of course the hot chocolate and custard creams!). We’ve included some photos below.
We started the session with a class favourite; this consists of running, jumping and rolling down the hill. We followed this up with a game of Sneaky Snake and finally arrived at our Forest School base.
As there was a bit of a breeze up, we thought it would be a good day for a few wind related activities. Firstly we created huge bubbles with sticks and bubble mixture. Secondly, we created wind flags, using mud to do hand print designs.
While returning to class we created a new song called, The Flag Parade. We sang it all the way back to class and probably a bit further!
Have a wonderful holiday Easton and we’ll be back to meet the Reception children in the summer.
