So our new Wednesday project began this week with a very frosty visit to the Reception children at Filton Hill Primary School.
The children have obviously been well trained, as they were very independent and real superstars at sorting out their own outdoor clothing and wellies.
The children listened well and quickly learnt the Forest School rules. Before long they were out and about searching for forest treasures.
There was much exploration, with some children building shelters and others playing in the hammock. Another pair were extremely helpful preparing the fire ready to boil the water.
We can already tell that this is going to be a super experience for adults and children alike! Already looking forward to next time.
