So today’s theme at Easton Primary Academy was sticks. We all used our imagination to turn sticks into all sorts of things, from fishing rods to antlers. We then collected sticks of different sizes for our campfire. Once lit, we cooked bread on sticks and listened to a story called, ‘Stanley’s Stick’ (He had a pretty good imagination too!). After that we enjoyed singing a campfire song called ‘Crackle Crackle.’ It was a pretty amazing day! It’s a wonderful feeling to be greeted by such enthusiastic children each week.
